Scope of Use:

The Site is designed for use by United States residents. The Pest Bureau (“The Pest Bureau”) operates from Mesa, AZ, and the Site is managed within the United States. The Pest Bureau cannot guarantee the suitability or availability of Site materials for use in other locations. Users accessing the Site from outside the United States are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

Use of Site:

The Site is provided solely for informational purposes. Users may not utilize the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Users agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in their use of the Site. Any use of the Site that could impair its functionality or interfere with others’ enjoyment of the Site is prohibited.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of The Pest Bureau or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Pest Bureau does not warrant that the site will meet users’ requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Pest Bureau also does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the site content.

Limitation of Liability:

The Pest Bureau shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from users’ use of the site.

Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pest Bureau and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from their violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Users consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona for any legal proceedings related to this Agreement or their use of the Site.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between users and The Pest Bureau regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior communications or proposals, whether oral or written.

Modification:

The Pest Bureau reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after modifications indicates users’ acceptance of the updated terms.
